      Nothing Good about the company.

      Cons

      1. Your financial growth will be stagnant, if you want to increase your package then you have to resign. then they will come and negotiate to revoke. 2. They change the policy as whenever they want. 3. No process followed. 4. Simply they don't give 3 months arrears and say policy got changed. 5. No employee benefits 6. No career growth. you will be doing the same job. 7. they wont give the salary on time after appraisal cycle.

      Nothing reminds me to say, I just walk off.

      Cons

      Really a rude, drastic, ruthless, relentless, filthy experience ever ever had in my whole career. Having one OEM should not let these people to do this much coagulation to Employee. Sudden change of Policies(likely BONUS) crushes ones mind(whoever works).

      1. They give salary on time. 2. I have learned many technologies in a short time span because of pressure from seniors which is very good for me

      Cons

      1. No job security. If you have a stable job then never I repeat never join this organisation. 2. In pandemic situation my joining date was delayed by 2 months without any previous information. 3. My reporting manager forced me to do certification on skillset not related to my domain and the worst part is the company will not reimburse money after completion of the certificate. 4. They can release you one a day notice after giving resignation if they don't need you. 5. Constant fear of losing job no matter how is your performance. Multiple managers will work with you and if you disagree with one manager then they will directly give you a warning that you might lose this job. 6. They don't pay money of earned leave at the time of full and final settlement.
