1. Depending only one customer which makes our job into risk sometimes. 2. No much benefits for employee. 3. Salary hike will round to 30, 20, 15,and 10 percent, since your CTC is less.. it won't give big difference. 4. Salary which is given for employees not at all compared to market value. After 3+ yrs of working , 1.2lac has increased on my CTC. 5. On-site opportunity will be less, don't dream for on-site . 6. No appreciation who works hard and put more time deliver the product.

No job security They don't want train any body they hire you and sent you onsite if you come back due to less project they will fire you and hire new person for new requirement if you don't have job present join this company otherwise if you working some good place this company not ok,no response human resource my wonder how ARi get 3.4 stars broken chairs horribly toilets atmosphere is very worst things will ok when you start working onsite but no growth no job security Marketing team simple setting project is less means they will fire only poor engineers,they not consider team leader mangers,if you have good talent also if working onsite means you would not any promotion for total careers in this company,if you come back due to less from onsite they will fire you without any reason
