Thank you for your feedback. We're glad your experience at ARi has been mostly positive and hopefully, we can address some of your concerns going forward. We have created a new initiative in the past several months to better equip our managers with the skills, tools, and knowledge they need to help their team succeed. We’ve done so by actively looking for training opportunities for managers, specifically. I’m disappointed to see that you don’t think there are career growth opportunities at ARi.
