      Pros

      Good Company to work on. Mainly into Automotive Domain. If you are good at Automotive back ground, the company is a good choice.

      Cons

      Less Learning Curve. For programmers/developers, the domain knowledge is a must otherwise you may not catch up. For Freshers, it is surely a good start.
