      Pros

      As an engineering services business, ARi is a good name in the industry although they have been trying hard to focus on their next version and are currently a headless chicken to say the least. I want to remain hopeful due to few brilliant folks in the company, but sadly they are far too few in numbers.

      Cons

      - Poor salary and growth - Lack of long term leadership grooming. - Lot of talk of 'process' very little empathy.
