      1. Supportive Management and HR team. 2. Cross Functional training is provided. 3. Other sessions such as Yoga, Stress Management, Employee connect are conducted which are beneficial for employees. 4. ARi has very good Mentor program. Mentor conducts Monthly meeting and provide guidance for employees technical growth.

However, we have recently started our Pune office and still working on the infrastructure and available facilities, which will be in place in coming months.
