      Great company to work with

      Pros

      As an engineer you get to explore and work with evolving technologies and products. Company has great employee benefits and market adjustment salary. Very good place to work in the diversified culture and people. Monthly activities, team lunch and dinners, yearly twice company driven parties for all employees is an amazing care and love they show to towards employees. Volleyball activity each year is a very good initiation from past 14 years by ARi hosting to everyone.

      Cons

      Not much to say here. Need more and more potential sales team across the globe to multiply the business and customer base to 10X

      Hybrid/Working at Home, None of the senior management is related despite what other comments say

      Cons

      Very Unprofessional and Owner doesn't want to organize. Owner changes decisions constantly to the point that different people are told different decisions by owner which makes it impossible to develop comphrensive, methodical approaches and will drift matters into the problems you tried to avoid initially. Employees Snipe around at each other which is encouraged by senior leadership. Too much sharing and spreading of tight company information.
