      You get to LEARN a lot of customer specific tools, procedures, and standards.

      Pros

      It's a company that is committed to serve clients with the highest service quality. And in order for that, the company is willing to train new graduates/freshers right out of college who has no/little exposure to professional experience. Not much companies are willing to do that!

      Cons

      You'd be doing full-time ($24-$26 per hour) ONLY when you start working on client's site/location meaning if you're fresh out of school/waiting to be placed on a new project i.e., engineer in rotation - you'd be a trainee until that ($15-$18). You never know when you might get placed full-time! (This applies only for international students who're in OPT)

      Pros

      Some flexibility with work schedule.

      Cons

      No appreciation for hard work. No growth or development opportunities. Lack of experienced managers from an employee relation point of view (I was seeking advice on projects and help with areas I was unfamiliar with and was not able to get the support I was seeking from my manager).

      I don't see any good points !!!!!!!!!!!

      Cons

      No career growth. You may be a best employee with extraordinary technical skills , but you would be given really worst work.
