1.Excellent mentorship with good growth opportunities 2. Competitive salary and clear performance milestones 3. Good communication with Human resources team even while working at client location

Worst company ever

Pros

Everyone will act like they are supporting you.

Cons

Micromanagement, never gives hike letter on time. They postpone hikes and means they layoffs employees who are on the bench (for more than 30 days). They blame market instead of getting projects. Use and throw company
