6yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback for us. We are disappointed to hear about your experience at ARi. We are glad your experience at a client location was satisfactory, but we wish your time at the ARi office was positive, as well. Currently, there are no senior leaders related to each other or the executive team. We do acknowledge that we need to have more diversity in our workforce and have been actively trying to improve that aspect. At the moment, we are undergoing an internal reorganization that we hope will improve processes company-wide. We are also instituting more training for managers and working to better groom employees to rise through the ranks and become effective leaders, as well. We greatly value our employees and credit them to what makes ARi so great. We%E2%80%99d be nothing without our people. Again, thank you for taking the time to write a review.
