Pros

You're put into a lot of different roles, so you get to learn a lot about recruitment, healthcare, social media, etc. in a small timeframe

Cons

Because you're put in so many roles, you're also expected to do a lot, so sometimes the expectations can be quite high

Management doesn't care about employees. You can be layed off any day for no reason.
