Pros

Pay was good to start and there was overtime for senior Tech.

Cons

Very little opportunity for growth. Education and experience weren't the keys for success. It was more like how well you networked.

They are too stringent on tardies, & not a friendly place to work

I live only minutes away

Cons

Training is 4 weeks of non stop intense training. It should be longer. They expect too much of the new hires right out of training and nesting. Expect you to understand and know the job inside and out in 8 week. The only way to get vacation time is to never be tardy of have any absences. They do have sales incentives but they are not attainable
