great base salary compared to market currently, monthly commission payments, and if you're hitting number or close to it most of the time you are in good standing

while management is good and helpful, path to promotion is a bit unclear

low number of customers due to either poor sales or poor products, poor communication about happenings... strategy/orgs changes too often and abruptly in paper, but no real changes happen
