Pros

- Some truly amazing people - Cool tech and good learning opportunities - Flashy customer logos

Cons

- Management absent, CEO literally nowhere to be seen. A few very solid middle managers but exec team is not amazing. - Company does not care about diversity (which is a con if you do, but neutral if you don't care) - Not profitable (and might never be) - Competitive space with no real advantage besides existing customer relationships

Pros

When I started there was a great sense of belonging, talent was at its high: everybody set the bar super high. Loved the benefits, the office was like our second home, I felt "heard", coached.

Cons

They went the india / Sri Lanka without zero planning. Every decision seemed like a whim, no context, no plan, no justification, no rationale. The new india/SL middle management loose contact with everybody, 1.1s became a status checking, growth was no longer in the table. Family ties within the company became evident, which lead to mistrusting intentions. A blame game started every time something didn't go as planned, which due to family ties the blame always ended in "some" places.
