      The pay and benefits are good

      Cons

      Toxic environment. The hiring process is terrible. If your at least breathing you can be hired. If you were fired numerous times you will be rehired. This is unlike any company I have ever worked for in the past. No where to advance.

      Pros

      Nice facility and perks. Pay is okay.

      Cons

      Upper management does not have the necessary people skills to be effective. They lead by bullying and belittling employees rather than positive energy to uplift. Lack of training has always been a problem as well.

      People are awesome. I am highly respected and have a great level of autonomy. Honor to work through ambiguous problems.

      With ambiguity, comes chaos. However, it is the best corporate environment I have worked in.
