Cons

Since the rebranding as ASC a few years ago, there is little to no communication from the top down. Upper management makes decisions without consideration of current practices and without discussing the potential impact with seasoned employees. Employees are treated poorly and the work environment is toxic. More than a few longtime seasoned employees, myself included, got fed up and left.

Practically fully remote, pay is decent and some coworkers are helpful.

Cons

Average time off, abysmal leadership, pathetic communication, and ZERO company culture No clear career advancement opportunities. Leadership is uninterested in professional development opportunities and actively discourages. Clique-y, feels like high school. Not a lot of genuine people.
