There is nothing positive about this place

Cons

long work hours, they work at least 6 days a week for 10 to 11 months a year under mandatory overtime conditions. Senior management is out of touch, morale is terrible, pay is low. Turnover is high among the hourly staff. Partly due to the nature of the work, but many are terminated for drug/alcohol issues
