Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything good, maybe working 12 hours a day which makes you earn a lot of overtime, but eventually I got sick of working a lot of hours.

Cons

For the shop employee, ASC hires mechanics and electricians at a low wage and promise them a lot of overtime, which I find unfair. They took advantage of the bad economy hired a person I know at 17 $ an hour where he used to get paid 35. raises are the worst at ASC, couple of years ago they only gave 10 cents raise. Working at the shop is so unfair for some people, if the supervisors likes you, that means you don’t have to do much for work and they cover for you.

Thanks for your review. ASC's wage level and benefits are far higher than the industry average, especially when comparing similar size companies. ASC has never given a 10-cent raise to anyone... ever. This year, the average raise was 5% for all ASC employees. Those who show initiative, excel at their job, or show great improvement will receive 6-10%. Those employees who are good workers will receive 4-5%. Those employees who are below average or have bad attendance records might receive as low as 2%. Finally, those employees who do not meet the minimum standards of the job are usually put on probation for 2-3 months for further evaluation. If they don't improve during that period, then they are let go. Good luck with your career.

The company has grown tremendously within the last 4 years and has been an excellent experience just to be a part of this success. ASC has focused on acquiring the right personnel to fill key positions (management, quality, engineering and fabrication personnel) in order to provide the necessary resources for the well-being of its employees and success business. Throughout the growth of ASC, the work environment (both office and shop) has always been one of the cleanest, most comfortable and professional environments I have ever worked in throughout my career. My colleagues as well as I, constantly receive compliments from visitors, contractors and customers regarding the positive impression made by the cleanliness and professional appearance of the facility, products and employees. Upper management actively listens to individual’s concerns and ideas on how to improve processes, work environment and rewards them for contributing.

Cons

Cons have been and are being addressed by the company in a timely manner (in my opinion). However, I am very disappointed that individuals (previously or actively employed by the company), choose to make negative comments and allegations about the company and it’s employees, through the use of postings in the internet rather than “taking the bull by it’s horn” and addressing those concerns themselves.

Here your not a number your actually a person with recognition based on hard work and dedication of course. If your self motivated,love challenges and into technology then this is the place for you. Very nice coworkers that are willing to help. President and vice President very open minded and are willing to work with you. This company recognizes skills and accept new ideas.
