      self starter roles, ability to voice interests, and work on a variety of project areas. casual collaborative environment.

      Cons

      havent had a bonus or raise in 3 years. no structure in staffing or project management. dated hierarchy & design practices. pushed people back into the office without offering any employee survey or doing any productivity research to back reasoning. no room for growth

      Pros

      Overtime isn't encouraged, excellent 401K match, ability to swith to different teams/disciplines to gain more experience

      Cons

      The lack of titles and clear hierarchy can be confusing when starting out, onboarding was not very well managed but improving

      Great benefits! ESOP Great 401K match Empowered with autonomy

      Cons

      Work a lot of hours, though. Not necessarily out of the norm with the industry, oftentimes projects become a one-man crew with little support. Colleagues are largely standoffish. Not a lot of comraderie.
