Pros

We get 10% discount off everything except cigarettes petrol and lottery and its a great help towards Christmas if you save that discount, it can give you as much as £600 or more + bonus money if you put discount straight on to savings card. I get 5 weeks holiday a year Christmas shopping day off and my hours suit my lifestyle.

Cons

Asda have a lot of policies Bullying racism etc but there is a lot of favouritism especially with overtime if your face fits your fine if it doesn't you wont get as much as others and I blame managers for this because they know it goes on and do nothing about it. It is a big problem because I have friends in other stores who say they have same problem.

Pros

Once you relax and get into it, it is a nice company to be a part of. They value honesty and are very understanding people when they need to be. You find the most humble people in this company. No extra hassle involved that you don't need in your life.

Cons

As with any job, you get good days and bad days.
