They were pretty nice

They taught me how to give really good service The manager was pretty nice One of the only places that would take on a 16 year old

Cons

They had a bit of an annoying disneyfied attitude, there were posters in the staff room saying "bee happy" with a bee on it. The training days made me want to kill myself. Endless VCR's of pointing out the obvious videos.
