Pros

Quite flexible when it comes to shift swaps Keen eye for health and safety Good for a part time job

Cons

Highly unprofessional managers Adamant about staff working either Saturday or Sunday (company policy blindly obeyed by all managers - even when it's not the case) Poor flexibility with regards to changing departments and no job rotation Paid less in comparison to the other BIG 3 retailers (Sainsburys, Morissons and TESCO) Very monotonous work at times, but this is more characteristic of the industry rather than ASDA in particular
