Pros

ASEA is an amazing place to work because they are people driven - they help us as employees, and the customers that call in. It's all about the people here, I really have never met a mean one! They work with your schedule,

Cons

Really nothing, I work in the call center so it can get kind of monotonous, but I love my job.

Pros

Amazing Culture! Every day I am developing skills and learning life principles that help me to grow personally. You see this from the top down. You have every resource that you need to be successful, it can take a minute to identify which ones to leverage. You are truly valued. They promote creative group collaboration yet rely on individual excellence. You are celebrated in a way that I have never felt with other companies. Pay is extremely competitive, especially compared the million start up companies popping up in Utah County. "Work/Life Balance" is actually a real thing here, I hear this from every department. The Executive Team is full of All-Stars. They have incredible backgrounds from years and years managing Fortune 500 companies, yet they treat you on their same level. Every time I get the chance to talk to them I learn something new. Their experience from giant companies creates an incredible environment; while it's not perfect, there are far less growing pains as you would get with other companies. The employees here are incredibly nice and a blast to work with as well! The building is beautiful and they are constantly doing lunches, contests and giveaways. They have groundbreaking products that you get every month. They are humble about the opportunity. Working for a network marketing company has been a game changer for my career. There are so many growth opportunities for your career and personal development. 2020 is their 10 year anniversary and their growth momentum is higher than it ever has been. They have products that are truly changing the world and, in my opinion, will be a global leader making a difference for a very, very long time. I genuinely love working here.

Cons

There are a million moving parts on the corporate side of Network Marketing. This can create a stressful demand. What makes it a little bit more challenging is the lack of prioritization, or different departments prioritizing different things. On top of that you have demand from department managers and field leaders. You can be pulled into different directions very quickly. There are times when demand and workload gets too high for individuals that, in order to meet deadlines, creativity is sacrificed.
