I can't say enough about the great people at ASEA. It's like a family, only better (you're not stuck with an annoying little brother). It's more like working with your best friends. The work is hard, we are solving difficult problems, but we come together to achieve greatness. -Great People and Environment - they care about you as a person -Lot's of Growth and Opportunities - I've been promoted several times here -Good benefits, plus sweet 401(k) match and paid education. -Fun Activities

Cons

Sometimes we take on too much, but we pull off some incredible feats. I've never run out of new, exciting challenges. It's good job security, right?

Company is growing these couple of years. We are now hiring more employees. I love the Quarterly massages for employees !

The communications between departments are not very efficient. It will be great if there can be more employees activities. M

I've been really impressed by the people that work here. I've heard people here say that ASEA feels like a big family, and I agree. Granted, any family of 200 people is not going to be perfect, but I have found many people here who genuinely care about the company's mission and genuinely care about helping fellow employees. This company really tries to practice what it preaches - core values such as humanity, authenticity, and growth. They offer great perks, rewards, and opportunities. I've never felt more valued as an employee than I do here at ASEA.

Cons

There seems to be some disconnect and/or resentment between departments.
