Pros

The people are down to earth, genuine, and fun. People don’t take themselves to seriously. Great benefits, great pay, and great leadership. ASEA focuses on your personal growth. Also, Chuck (CEO) is the best human you’ll ever meet.

Cons

Growing pains, and not a lot of diversity
