Pros

The other people who work there are awesome. They really make the job.

Cons

Honestly, the leaders of this company say they care about the reps but they don't really. You are given petty rewards to make you feel recognized but they only do it so they don't have to pay you competitively or fairly. I was also definitely over worked and under payed I also experienced gender discrimination and received lower pay than my male co-workers who had been working there for the same time as me.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Please know that perks and amenities are not considered substitutes for pay or other individual benefits. Additionally, we regularly conduct internal and external analyses to ensure that our employees are compensated fairly on merit, and not based on gender or any other protected class or status. As you’ll note from our annual employee engagement surveys, reviews, and other surveys, we value and care about employee feedback and would be happy to continue the conversation. If you would like to further discuss your concerns, please email us Careers@ASEA.net.

Pros

Amazing Culture! Every day I am developing skills and learning life principles that help me to grow personally. You see this from the top down. You have every resource that you need to be successful, it can take a minute to identify which ones to leverage. You are truly valued. They promote creative group collaboration yet rely on individual excellence. You are celebrated in a way that I have never felt with other companies. Pay is extremely competitive, especially compared the million start up companies popping up in Utah County. "Work/Life Balance" is actually a real thing here, I hear this from every department. The Executive Team is full of All-Stars. They have incredible backgrounds from years and years managing Fortune 500 companies, yet they treat you on their same level. Every time I get the chance to talk to them I learn something new. Their experience from giant companies creates an incredible environment; while it's not perfect, there are far less growing pains as you would get with other companies. The employees here are incredibly nice and a blast to work with as well! The building is beautiful and they are constantly doing lunches, contests and giveaways. They have groundbreaking products that you get every month. They are humble about the opportunity. Working for a network marketing company has been a game changer for my career. There are so many growth opportunities for your career and personal development. 2020 is their 10 year anniversary and their growth momentum is higher than it ever has been. They have products that are truly changing the world and, in my opinion, will be a global leader making a difference for a very, very long time. I genuinely love working here.

Cons

There are a million moving parts on the corporate side of Network Marketing. This can create a stressful demand. What makes it a little bit more challenging is the lack of prioritization, or different departments prioritizing different things. On top of that you have demand from department managers and field leaders. You can be pulled into different directions very quickly. There are times when demand and workload gets too high for individuals that, in order to meet deadlines, creativity is sacrificed.

Pros

Great comapny, great compensation package. I loved working there while I was there. Great people to associate with. Everyone is there to do their best.

Cons

As a sales associate you create your own schedule so sometimes you have long hours with travel and working with your team.
