Flexible schedule, great nurse manager, residents are wonderful!!

Cons

Poor communication and support from director of program. Poor training for site supervisors and staff. Lack of direction from director. High staff turn over. All staff overworked.

Pros

The only pros I can think of is flexible hours, easy to get to since the sites are usually many to choose from.

Cons

low pay, more work each day, doing the work of the nurse such as passing medication, meaning residents who will never be reprimanded because its where ASI gets its money, supervisors can fire you for anything, Nursing Assistants came and went within months, no help from headquarters, hiring of supervisors straight out of college who didn't know anything, racism, etc
