Pros
The headquarter has smaller teams than regional teams that we are very weak in operation but in a way you get to enjoy structuring everything from scratch in your own way. Being rare among Japanese companies, they have very good holiday system - depending on your team (like mine), able to take long a few weeks holiday for several times in a year.
Cons
The same as Pros. For those who are looking for inspirational working place with good organization tends to be disappointed. You need to be the person willing to accept insufficient everything and get the motivation out of the situation.
