ASICS is a brilliant company and great employer. They have a very strong value set and truly care for employee wellbeing, as well as mental health.
Cons
Slow moving company, due to strong culture and Japanese influence. Opportunites are not common and managers have been in their positions for many m any years.

Laid back management. Everyone knows their stuff, and the managers try their best to educate the employers on the different products.
Cons
Low pay. Upper level management can be quite strict, especially on dress code.

Good atmosphere District manager is lovely Good opportunities for progress in the company if you want to be underpaid for a few years.
Cons
Pay isn’t great No Sunday rate Bonuses are based on contract instead of hours worked Holidays are based on contract instead of hours worked. If you’re on an 8 hour contract working 40 hour weeks for a year you’re only getting 40 hours of holidays (5 weeks x 8 hours) per year. Senior retail managers overlooking Europe are extremely far removed and unrealistic.
