Senior leadership, HR and sale in particular, really poor, challenging behaviours. Self serving team. Talk about lots of good things but rarely pull through. For the leadership team, jollies abroad to all the events seem to be why they fulfil their roles. Limited to know development, a little bit of sales training, negotiating etc. Hardly sets your career alight. Poor culture and feels very clique orientated. If you are in the inner, particularly in sales you do well, but you will be made to feel it if you are on the outer. Team constantly back bites against other departments. HR Leadership is poor at best. This needs to be a strong function. Sadly it's not. Constantly looking the other way and covering up misdemeanours at the Gms request. Really poor!
