poor management, team structure is very small, no opportunity, fake democracy, and management don't listen any suggestion and no respect for anyone. Working environment like library, no body talking and just chat in teams only.

Colleagues are nice, real work life balance.

Cons

When you imagined a sports brand should be energetic and strong bonding, you will feel so disappointed here. Poor management with no communication and guidance, no respect and won’t listen to your voice. Library working environment, you can hear the sound from air-conditioner. ASICS is definitely a good brand, but take a serious consideration before you join it.
