The company is youthful as most of the colleagues are young. There are sample sales about twice a year. Staff discount is available. Work overtime is not advocated.

Cons

The office is way too quiet, people don't talk at all. It's about 25 manpower in the office, promotion is limited.

Not inclusive meaning, if you're not Japanese your designs will be limited, resulting in holding your career back. My position was never planned to be longer than a year, although I was never made aware of this untill the end.
