Pros

- good work life balance - offers tuition reimbursement and work from home days - the people makie this place a great place to work

Cons

- so many rules for everything - when you can use the gym, what doors you can or cannot use, if you can wear a tank top or not, how to have your nails maintained - we are losing all the good people due to so many changes or uncertainties in direction - upper management is so far disconnected from those completing the work that they don't realize how their direction or lack there of affects everyone in a negative way

Pros

-Unlimited PTO -Flexible working hours

Cons

Despite the company’s stated culture of sound mind, sound body, my experience was one of the most toxic environments I’ve worked in. The three regional headquarters — Boston, Amsterdam, and Tokyo — are often at odds with one another, which made it nearly impossible to create a cohesive vision or make meaningful progress. Leadership behavior was another serious issue. My team endured verbal harassment from a leader for years, and despite repeated complaints to HR, no meaningful action was ever taken. This lack of accountability created an environment of fear and frustration that never improved. The work-life balance was also unsustainable. Because of the need to coordinate across multiple time zones, it was common for my team to work 12-hour days, with meetings starting at 7 a.m. and sometimes going as late as 11 p.m. This pace was exhausting and ultimately unsustainable. Finally, morale in the Boston office collapsed over the last year due to ongoing layoffs and the relocation of roles to Amsterdam. Those who remained were left without motivation or excitement about the brand. Overall, I would not recommend this company to those seeking a respectful, sustainable, or supportive work environment.

Pros

The job is cool as hell. This company has incredible potential with their product and the handful of good people at this company are truly paving the way for thoughtful innovation in this industry.

Cons

Gossip in the workplace spreads like wildfire because half of the company knows each other from previous employers; thus lies are believed as truths to the detriment of their employees. The Boston office lacks diversity and is riddled with microaggressions when anyone who isn't a white New England man walks through the door. Sales reps have no respect for a woman's personal boundaries. You will miss out on career opportunities because the team "wants someone to run with at lunch". The toughest part about this place is that no matter how hard you work, unless you are an avid runner or a white man in the "in crowd" with management, you will face constant goal post changing, limited to no career advancement opportunities, and overall discrimination (be it age, gender, color - you name it) because that is the culture that is perpetuated from the top of the organization. If you are young, especially a young woman, run VERY far from this place or invest in a great therapist.
