Pros

Management is in sync and supportive. They don’t talk down to you and they respect your availability. Had no problem working and going to school.

Cons

The pay isn’t quite there but it was only a starter position with no commission on top of base pay. Corporate does have some hiccups with the POS system cause prices always needed to be readjusted and we wouldn’t have a decent amount of shoes in wides.
