Office space is great. Most of my coworkers are great. Staff discount is good. Products are hit and miss.

Cons

Poor leadership from exec team. 3 senior leaders really drive business is a brash and sales oriented culture…wolf of Wall Street stuff. Behaviours of senior members of various teams verge on disgusting yet nothing done. Many issues raised to japan hq about behaviours and treatment of certain staff yet nothing is done. Poor team culture.
