Discounts on apparel, shoes, accessories. My manager was well trained in gait analysis and product knowledge, so I learned these skills as well. Every day is something new.

Cons

Turnover rate, much like any other retail job. Retail schedule. Even management works some nights and weekends.

Discounts on shoes. Work from home (depending on your manager/department).

Cons

Low pay compared to competitors. Outdated systems and very out of touch executive team. High turnover. Lots of finger pointing within the company…no one wants to take accountability. HR is a nightmare. I’ve seen them ignore derogatory anti-gay remarks made to other employees. Managers yell at subordinates. There have been multiple wrongful termination lawsuits brought against the company. Minimal promotions/raises. Don’t expect a bonus because the company never hits it’s numbers.
