      great people to work with, great team collaboration, everyone is willing to help you when needed, low amount of politics

      Cons

      4 day work from office is a big deterrant and alot of us are looking out of the company due to this reason. for some functions, where we are not on the manufacturing side, it does not make sense to commute to our office locations ( which are far from the city), 4x a week when we can do our jobs remotely. Feedback to managment about this has gone unheard and they do not care enough to listen. Candidates also are not willing to join my team due to this reason of office location being terribly out of the way.
