      Good working environment with career growth opportunity

      -work life balance. -friendly working environment with helpful colleague -flexible working. -oversea working opportunity

      Cons

      -have to station in customer fab most of the time, lack of physical meeting with direct supervisor hence it is a bit challenge for supervisor access my performance.

      Overall a very good company with many growth opportunities

      1. Awesome colleagues in R&D and technical managers are really very competent. Innovation is rewarded and encouraged. 2. Good facilities and opportunities to learn. Highly encouraging atmosphere for growth. 3. Good Work-Life Balance in R&D 4. Salaries themselves are onpar with local competition, thanks to the higher salary and perks which the Accelerate program provides

      Cons

      1. A bit more focused on the D than R, so time management is a must. 2. Salary management could be significantly better, specifically HR. Other benefits could be thought which are provided by local competition ex. Company Car etc. 3. Working with local partners could be improved.
