      Excellent health benefit plan, good compensation. Challenging work at leading edge of semiconductor process technology.

      Cons

      Projects can sometimes require long hours, as is the case with most tech companies. Management helps direct employees when priorities change.

      Pros

      ASM is a great place to work. The people are hard working and good people. The work is challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      ASM isn't an easy place to work. The bar is high and we are constantly being pushed to accomplish more. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but you have to want to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
