      Pros

      Pay and incentives are higher than market norm.

      Cons

      Ugly culture, alot of managers do not know what they are doing. Quiet until something goes wrong then start blaming. Staff acts like high school girls and love to gossip. Systems and process are invalid or outdated. Useless HR when brought toxic workplace and bullying to them they will suggest you resign.

      Relativley competitve pay for the Valley.

      Cons

      Like most posts the ASM environment is toxic and leadership manages by fear and insult. The culture tone is set by the CEO exco and driven by CHRO. Hichem is not ready to lead an organization and better in a technical role. Employees share the same or similar sentiment. There is no change management in place just alot of lip service. Bring back Benjamin and a new CHRO if ASM will have longevity. Terrible hiring practices as leaders do not have final say about who they want in their group. Micromanagement, toxic culture and a lack of trust is the cancer growing at ASM.
