Everything else. ASM is the most disorganized and toxic company in the semiconductor industry. They'll throw you to the wolves on a customer site and then blame you anytime the customer is dissatiafied. Management changes all the time, and they play favorites and if you aren't one of their hires.
I wasted almost 7 years of my life working for this company. I wish someone would have warned me before I took the job.
Take this job if you're okay with being treated like a second class citizen in the ASM system. They don't really want help, they want people they can blame and eventually get rid of for a new person they can do it to again.
On top of all that, they're really only there to sell parts. Management literally used to try to push us to order parts. While getting in trouble for fixing a machine one day instead of ordering parts first, management said, "David, we make our money on parts" to which I responded, "Then I want commission for the parts I order." Their response: "We have thought about doing that but it really wouldn't be..." "Ethical. It's not ethical" I had to finish the sentence for him because he wouldn't admit it himself. That's what kind of company ASM is.
