You get to work with some of the best minds in the field of engineering and probably one of the most diverse environments on the planet inside a company based in a small town. (120 nationalities and counting). Amazing office space, decent pay and most importanltly very supportive infraustructure.

Cons

Although very diverse, the mid, top and board is mostly Dutch and or european male. If you are non-white, non european the probability to go up the ladder in terms of salary and designation is pretty limited. Also, per local culture and continue company success, some key people are arrogant and even though HR takes measures, discrimination is quite common on all levels.
