Pros

Great global scope of work. Good work-life balance. Direct culture, share what you think and be fair. Opportunities for training and to grow within the company. Great breadth in types of roles due to the complex nature of the ASML product and size of the operations. Good salary, The company has some great innovators and talent in the engineering, research and tech divisions.

Cons

Corporate atmosphere, relatively slow moving. Doing things inefficiently: Multiple meetings about similar topics in large groups, lot's of business teams working on topics with low impact on the company. Many employees with no affection for the industry or product in the corporate/operations branch of ASML, lacking the contextual understanding of the products and industry. Leading to ineffective decisions, slow innovation in operations and business, political games + a lot of overhead due to inefficient business and operations processes as they were designed by and for people without the necessary contextual knowledge or affinity for our products and industry.

Pros

This company really values its employees, offering plenty of training to help people grow in their careers. There are tons of opportunities to move up, so you’re never stuck in one place. It’s also super stable—no layoffs, so job security isn’t a worry. Plus, the projects are actually interesting, keeping the work exciting and rewarding. Also very good work life balance

Cons

While the company is stable, career growth can be pretty slow, and promotions don’t happen as quickly as you might hope. It’s a great place for job security, but if you’re looking to climb the ladder fast, it might take some patience.
