      Pros

      Dynamic internal switching environment means lots of open positions to choose from after 2-3 years in a single function. Compensation is among the highest in the Netherlands. Working hours are slightly flexible. Limitless personal training opportunities.

      Cons

      Huge companies suffer from internal communication problems. If a project or document needs approval from more than one department, it's going to be real slow to resolve. Also, ASML is a company that continuously runs from one project/problem to the next and never looks back. If your problem is idle for more than 3 months, you should almost know that it's going to be left behind.

      - The company is working with the latest and greatest technologies, some of which are still on the drawing board. - Highly succesful with impressive market share. - Smart and driven colleagues. - Excellent pay and leave/holiday arrangements.

      Cons

      - Due to the drive of ASML and its demanding customers to minimize time-to-market, employees should be really flexible and adaptive. - People management could be improved. - Traditional views on teleworking/working from home. - It can take many years before a young professional gets the opportunity for a leadership position.
