Consider that if you have a Master Degree you'll start one salary step lower than in a position that would value your Master. This and others only value the Bachelor. This won't affect much, but it will always mean that you'll be one salary step lower as a starter and changing in ASML is horizontally, so you'll always have a gap to others, even if they try to level it. Don't make this stop you for trying, but apply for MSc positions if you do have a master.

Evaluation is scarce and inaccurate most of the times. Easy to gain responsibility and scope in the position, hard to raise in grade.
