Stable company, however, most of employees are stuck in their career growth Easier level of interviews

Cons

1) No growth in career 2) No time and regards to innovation 3) Managers are not transparent and discourage extra effort. 4) Most people feel stuck in same position 5) Depressive min set. 6) No path to learn new skills 7) No value to talent.

Cons

Too much beurocracy. Too much politics. Blind and short sighted management. Discrimination against females is very high and obvious in some departments.

Good for control engineering Cutting edge tech Friendly employees

Cons

- Employees are mere resources than assets. - software department is full of managers playing politics rather than helping company to grow and succeed. - favoritism and blame games are daily rituals. - lack of professionalism coming specially from Group leads, specifically Asian and south Asian managers (I’m of South Asian ethnicity myself) without no experience whatsoever but feeling self entitled to their positions. - lack of transparency in hiring process to an extent where inexperienced employees join software teams out of nowhere for senior positions.
