Pros

Your career is in your hands. If you are not happy there are literally 100s of other opportunities within the company. Good benefits - 40 paid holidays, profit sharing, discount on shares. Working with many different offices worldwide, opportunities to travel for work. Lots of learning opportunities, free access to many world-class online and F2F courses. Soft and hard skills trainings.

Cons

Due to the rapid growth, a lot of inefficiencies occur in the processes. Many new people, less than ideal work culture (things get diluted with so many new people coming in). More and more working in "silos" - departments care about their deliverables and difficult to get good results when multiple departments are involved. Cumbersome and and sometime seemingly useless continuous improvement projects.
