Employee confidence in the management team has significantly declines, particularly following the appointment of a new Sales head (formerly M-company Sales) and another management executive who appears disconnected between both the roadmap and operational realities. Over the past year, the organization has witnessed the departure of multiple key ex-HMI members for various reasons. This exodus was further intensified by the resignation of a long-standing HMI team member earlier this year—an individual regarded as a vital pillar of the team. These losses have triggered a wave of resignations within a short period, causing widespread uncertainty and instability across the company. With the absence of this crucial team member, the workplace now suffers from a lack of direction, dwindling morale, and an absence of clear guidance and support across departments.
