work life balance is good, hybrid working option is possible for 1 workday

Cons

no possibility for growth, so much politics, doing the same thing over and over again, no possibility of learning new things, some people do the job while others present that works and do not let the people who do the job to be visible, only 3.5% increase of salary because of generic evaluation system if you are not a favorite person of management.
