Pros

Smart fellow engineers and the company culture does try to keep employees happy and retain employees. The nature of the work is pretty demanding, but the company is also very forward thinking. If you always work on your feet and are highly motivated, working at ASML will work great for you.

Cons

There are times where you have to work extra hours due to the nature of delivering software to customers. You don't want to be the missing link in the team holding back your project's delivery.
